COVID-19 Updates

We consider the health and wellbeing of our clients and employees a priority. The situation around COVID-19 is rapidly changing and we are taking trusted guidance from the Center of Disease Control.

What measures are we taking?

As part of our pandemic response, we want to make you aware of what actions we’re taking to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

We will continue to provide our service to our clients while implementing additional precautionary steps to reduce the transmission risk associated with COVID-19. We wish to keep our clients informed of our practices to raise awareness. While some of these procedures we already implement routinely, some additional measures have been added to our daily work.

  • We are disinfecting our equipment after every location we clean
  • Cleaning rags undergo daily sanitization cycles with bleach. This cycle uses extreme temperature changes to kill bacteria and inactivate viruses
  • Mops, rags and other cleaning supplies are not used across multiple homes
  • Gloves are being used and discarded as needed and/or after each cleaning
  • All our disinfectants are EPA approved (you can find a list of all EPA approved disinfectants here)
  • We are wearing masks at every job site to further reduce the risk of exposure

We are also following the CDC guidelines for healthy business operations. Everyone in the team is asked to monitor their temperature daily and stay home if they feel any symptoms (increased temperature, cough, or shortness of breath). Additionally, every member of our company is asked to comply with CDC guidelines and self-isolate if they believe to have been in close contact with someone who is infected.

Because we are a small team, we can confidently ensure these practices as well as reduce the risk of exposure. We are always vigilant to avoid cross contamination, but we are being specially careful during these times.

Moving Forward

This continues to be a rapidly evolving and unprecedented situation. We are actively monitoring the developments related to COVID-19 and always prioritize the wellbeing of our clients and employees.

We will be thankful to our clients for letting us know if a situation is presented in their home so we can take appropriate measures.

As always, please feel comfortable raising any concerns or questions you may have! We appreciate your commitment to our business.
